BBQ

Last weekend we took the kids for some good 'ol BBQ.

There was anxious anticipation

Woah nelly, settle down there.

I have to admit down-home BBQ joints are fabulous places to take children.

The food is good, and table manners are considered highly overrated.

Goody Cole's Smokehouse.
Totally worth the drive.

There was a brief appearance by Elvis Presley.

Thank you. Thank you very much.

And some serious Nutrigrain Bar flute playing.

The pied piper of fruit bars.

Generalized happiness was achieved by all.

Sticky fingers and faces.

Full bellies.

The Wee One graduates from sippy to straw.

It was good.

Anyone else know of a good hole-in-the-wall place to eat?
