1 cup plus 2 tbs room temperature water
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs wheat bran
2 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup bread flour
2 1/2 tsp yeast (for bread machines)
I use the "dough" cycle and then transfer to a bread pan for a final rise (about an hour). Then bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
